Australian Orders
Typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days.

Standard Shipping: $10 AUD Flat Rate
Express Shipping: $15 AUD Flat Rate
Shipping costs are confirmed at checkout before payment.
Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from Sydney NSW / Australia. During peak periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. If there is any meaningful delay, we’ll contact you.

Order Cut Off
Orders placed before 11am AEST on business days are processed the same day where possible. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive tracking within 2 business days, contact us at alana@apreslapluie.com.au.
Address Accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Safe Delivery and Authority to Leave
If your shipping service allows it, the carrier may leave your parcel in a safe place. If you prefer signature on delivery, select the relevant option at checkout where available.

We ship to PO boxes and parcel lockers where supported by the selected carrier.

RETURNS
14 Days to Return
We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery.

Unworn and unused
In original packaging
In resalable condition with all tags attached

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer for change of mind returns. We recommend using a tracked return service, as the customer is responsible for the item until it is received by us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to finalise the funds.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at alana@apreslapluie.com.au with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit at no cost to you, including return shipping where required.
